Agriturismo Al CantaraneLa nostra storia assomiglia a quella di tante famiglie che all'agricoltura hanno dato molto e dall'agricoltura hanno ricevuto tanto. Prima i nonni, poi papà e mamma insieme allo zio hanno fatto della terra la loro passione.Questo è l'inizio della nostra storia e dell' "Azienda agricola F.lli Franzoni" oggi situata in una nuova costruzione, ma portata avanti con la stessa passione da Miriam, Tiziano e Ennio. Un'azienda che ha continuato la sua trasformazione passando dall'indirizzo esclusivo cerealicolo-zootecnico con vendita del latte fino ad arrivare nel 2002 a fondare un caseificio interno dove trasformiamo il latte delle nostre mucche in Grana Padano Dop e in formaggi freschi che vengono venduti direttamente nello spaccio aziendale.
L' azienda dispone di 250 capi bovini, di cui 150 producono latte per una capacità giornaliera di circa venticinque quintali. La maggior parte del latte viene impiegato per la produzione del Grana Padano e la restante parte viene impiegata per la produzione di altri formaggi, di gelato e yogurt.
Per le scolaresche è invece possibile partecipare alle attività offerte dalla Fattoria Didattica, osservando per esempio tutto il processo produttivo che porta dal latte al formaggio; sperimentando il ciclo produttivo delle piante, passando dalle fasi della semina fino al raccolto. A completamento della nostra attività agricola abbiamo aperto l'Agriturismo "Al Cantarane
L'Agriturismo "Al Cantarane" è una piccola ma importante oasi familiare, un luogo ideale per gustare le ricette genuine della tradizione bresciana ovviamente utilizzando i prodotti aziendali. L'agriturismo è aperto il venerdì, sabato e domenica e su prenotazione anche in giorni infrasettimanali.
