La società cambia velocemente e la scuola deve necessariamente adeguarsi. Qualche decennio fa alcune parole erano del tutto assenti nella programmazione scolastica. Oggi invece parliamo di PTOF, POF, Curricolo, portfolio delle competenze, PDP, PEI, DSA e da qualche tempo è stato introdotto anche l’acronimo BES.Tutte queste nuove parole rispondono alle esigenze degli istituti scolastici, che oggi godono di maggiore autonomia rispetto a un tempo, di poter offrire un Piano di Offerta Formativa valido (POF), facendo sì che un genitore si senta garantito dalla scuola che sceglie. Ma non basta. Si è detto che la società cambia perché in primo luogo sono le famiglie a cambiare. Famiglie allargate, famiglie trapiantate da altri mondi, famiglie che vivono in situazioni di disagio dovute alla lunga crisi che da anni colpisce la nostra economia, famiglie in cui i genitori sono solo delle comparse tra una trasferta di lavoro e le riunioni aziendali.
Impossibile che i figli, i nostri ragazzi in qualche modo non ne risentano, portando a volte a scuola i loro disagi che poi si traducono in difficoltà di apprendimento. Non sono disagi certificabili da un punto di vista medico, ma sono pur sempre disagi.
Questi disagi sono classificati con l’acronimo BES (Bisogni Educativi Speciali). Talvolta è difficile capire cosa sia concretamente possibile fare per aiutare i nostri ragazzi e soprattutto cosa prevede la Normativa riguardo ai BES. Da qui nasce l’idea di questo percorso per fornire alle famiglie alcune spiegazioni, Leggi, metodologie adottate dalla scuola che affrontano tante problematiche degli studenti di oggi, in modo da non escluderli o emarginarli dal contesto scolastico ma, al contrario, per aiutarli ad integrarsi ognuno secondo i propri bisogni e le proprie attitudini.
Per veicolare questi concetti abbiamo pensato alla creazione di un'APP, come strumento estremamente semplice e a portata di click.
L'app Bisogni educativi speciali nasce come prodotto del corso di formazione Inclusione e TIC. 2917.

Precise location (gps and network-based) - allows the app to get your precise location using the global positioning system (gps) or network location sources such as cell towers and wi-fi. these location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. apps may use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power
Read phone status and identity - allows the app to access the phone features of the device. this permission allows the app to determine the phone number and device ids, whether a call is active, and the remote number connected by a call
Modify or delete the contents of your usb storage - allows the app to write to the usb storage
View network connections - allows the app to view information about network connections such as which networks exist and are connected
Directly call phone numbers - allows the app to call phone numbers without your intervention. this may result in unexpected charges or calls. note that this doesn't allow the app to call emergency numbers. malicious apps may cost you money by making calls without your confirmation
