What's new in Body Mass 2.0
The program allows you to calculate your body mass index, and percentage of body fat based on the formulas of Deurenberg, Gallagher and Jackson-Pollock. For the calculation, you are prompted to specify sex, age, height in centimeters and weight in kilograms.The values of feedback range from severe underweight and obesity in type 3, thus providing a tool to assess their condition with fair accuracy.
On subsequent runs the first, the program will offer the latest data entered, which can of course be changed for the new calculations.
As specified in the notes to video, it is noted that in subjects athletic, and in particular in those who have developed a muscle mass, the feedback BMI and body fat are to be understood in a relative sense a condition particularly muscle tends to oversize the result in the various aspects that make it up
