1. Czym jest bankowość mobilna e25?Aplikacja „e25 bankowość mobilna” to wygodny, nowoczesny, a jednocześnie bezpieczny sposób na zarządzanie Twoimi produktami bankowymi ze smartfona lub tabletu.
2. Główne funkcjonalności
Pozycje w menu odpowiadają następującym funkcjonalnościom:
1. Sekcja Moje finanse
• Lista produktów – pokazuje wszystkie dostępne dla danego kontekstu rachunki, lokaty, kredyty i karty kredytowe.
• Operacje bankowe – pozycja ta pozwala na szybkie przejście do listy z większością możliwych do wykonania operacji.
• Historia – po wybraniu tej opcji masz możliwość obejrzeć historię transakcji na rachunkach i kartach kredytowych.
• Operacje niezaksięgowane – tutaj możesz odnaleźć operacje oczekujące na zrealizowanie, operacje z różnych powodów odrzucone, a także – zlecenia stałe.
• Operacje do zatwierdzenia – pokazuje operacje zapisane, ale nie zatwierdzone i nie wysłane do realizacji, tutaj może potwierdzić przelew, jeżeli jesteś opiekunem nieletniego, lub kontrolujesz wydatki swojej firmy.
• Twoi odbiorcy – przekierowuje do listy odbiorców – znajdują się na niej zarówno odbiorcy z bankowości internetowej, jak i mobilnej.
2. Sekcja Ustawienia
• Profil klienta – po przejściu do tego ekranu możesz zmienić niektóre swoje dane.
• Zmiana PIN – pozwala na zmianę aktualnego PIN.
3. Sekcja Informacje
• Placówki i bankomaty – uruchamia wyszukiwarkę placówek i bankomatów wraz z mapą.
• Kontakt – wyświetla dane kontaktowe Banku BPS, z tego ekranu można także wywołać połączenie z Bankiem (dla urządzeń z kartą SIM).
• Wyjście z aplikacji – zamyka aplikację, opcja ta jest dostępna tylko dla aplikacji dla systemu Android.
Menu dostępne jest także dla niezalogowanego użytkownika (przed podaniem PIN). W takim wypadku masz możliwość przejścia do wyszukiwarki placówek i bankomatów, strony z danymi kontaktowymi Banku BPS oraz oczywiście do ekranu logowania.
3. Bezpieczeństwo
Aplikacja bankowość mobilna e25 została zabezpieczona na kilka sposób, a wśród nich:
