El Masnou net és un canal de comunicació directe i gratuït entre la ciutadania i l’Ajuntament que permet a les persones usuàries reportar fàcilment qualsevol desperfecte o incidència en la via pública així com fer-ne el seguiment.Per utilitzar-la, només cal descarregar-la, indicar quina és la incidència que s’ha detectat (arbrat, carrers, voreres, enllumenat, mobiliari urbà...) i geolocalitzar-la per enviar les coordenades del punt on es troba. També permet adjuntar-hi un comentari així com imatges. Un cop registrada la incidència, s’activa un protocol per atendre-la des dels serveis municipals, durant el qual l’usuari podrà fer el seguiment de l’actuació des del mateix telèfon.
Amb la finalitat de preservar els espais públics del municipi, aquesta eina pretén millorar la capacitat de resposta en aquest àmbit aprofitant la immediatesa que ofereixen les noves tecnologies.
