当アプリの特徴
あらかじめ登録された緊急サポートセンターのフリーダイヤルにワンタッチダイヤルでご連絡することが可能です。
通話と同時に位置情報を送信するためオペレーターは迅速なトラブル場所の特定が可能です。
状況写真の撮影・送信機能をご利用頂くことで、オペレーターによる的確な状況判断と対応方法のご案内が可能となります。
ご利用の流れ
①アプリの設定画面から基本情報の登録を行います。
②トラブルが発生したらアプリの緊急連絡からセンターにご連絡を頂きます。
③オペレーターが状況を確認させて頂きます。
④トラブル内容確認後、状況に応じた対応方法をご案内致します。

お客さまの状況を確認させて頂き、必要に応じてお客さまがご契約のロードサービス窓口などに取り次ぎさせて頂きます。
