此款行動裝置應用程式「口袋病歷」，其主要能夠藉由行動裝置上所搭載的攝影鏡頭，結合行動傳輸與資料搜集的特性，提供民眾上傳自身檢查檢驗報告、傷口變化及各種健康相關影像於此APP上，搭配將健康存摺的各種資料上傳至口袋病歷轉檔網站與APP界接，讓文字和圖像能夠結合，使民眾可以更輕鬆紀錄當次看診時所做的檢查及治療，除了提供自身的照護紀錄外，於就診時更能提供照護人員查看紀錄圖像與文字，提升醫療效率，同時我們也整合開放資料，包括全國各醫療機構地點…等，並且本服務開發存取API，供未來台灣醫療機構發展行動照護需求時，經用戶授權後能夠直接取得民眾所紀錄之相關圖像與文字。口袋病歷 Permissions
