Společnost Perník s.r.o. v Těchlovicích u Hradce Králové, byla založena v roce 1999, jako firma zajišťující vývoj výrobků a strojního zařízení pro pečivárenský průmysl. Na vývoji zařízení úzce spolupracuje s firmou J4 s.r.o. v Předměřicích nad Labem.
Během let se společnost přeměnila na potravinářskou firmu se širokým portfoliem vyráběných výrobků, které jsou dobře známy pod privátními značkami na českém trhu.
