Aplikacija je namjenjena za praćenje mojeg reda u redu čekanja. Sa njom se može zatražiti listić i pratiti stanje reda (koliko je ljudi ispred mene, predviđeno vrijeme čekanja, ...).Aplikacija sa obavjestima (i eMailom) obavještava o svakoj promjeni u redu čekanja, te obavještava me kad sam i sam na redu.
Za korištenje aplikacije, čekaonica (odnosno subjekt kod kojeg čekate) treba koristiti sustav redomat.com
Redomat.com je ONLINE rješenje u oblaku koje NE ZAHTIJEVA ulaganja u tehničku opremu niti dodatne uređaje (ali su podržani u slučaju da je potrebno).
