This meditation APP idea came from a meditation that I did every morning for a period of time where I would simply light a white candle and stare into it for as long as I could and allow my mind to clear. Where you can, ensure that you will not be disturbed and have silence if possible to ensure you concentrate on the flame the entire time. You can access this on your device wherever you may be and at any time where you feel you need to take time out.I trust you will enjoy what this APP has to offer you and that it brings you some time out of your busy day to bring you back to a state of centre and calm.
