TENTANG
PERADILAN UMUM
DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANGMAHA ESA
Presiden Republik Indonesia,
Menimbang :
a. bahwa negara Republik Indonesia, sebagai negara hukum yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945,bertujuan mewujudkan tata kehidupan bangsa yang sejahtera, aman, tenteram, dan tertib;
b. bahwa dalam mewujudkan tata kehidupantersebut dan menjamin persamaan kedudukan warga negara dalam hukutn diperlukanupaya untuk menegakkan ketertiban, keadilan, kebenaran, dan kepastian hukum yang mampu memberikan pengayoman kepada masyarakat;
c. bahwa dalam rangka upaya di atas,pengaturan susunan dan kekuasaan Pengadilan di lingkungan Peradilan Umum yangselama ini masih didasarkan pada Undang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 1965 ternyata tidak sesuai lagi dengan jiwa dan semangat Undang-undang Nomor 14 Tahun 1970;
d. bahwa selain itu, dengan Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 1969, Undang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 1965 telah dinyatakan tidak berlaku, tetapi saat tidak berlakunya ditetapkan pada saat undang-undang yang menggantikannya mulai berlaku;
e. bahwa untuk melaksanakan Undang-undangNomor 14 Tahun 1970, dipandang perlu menetapkan undang-undang yang mengatursusunan dan kekuasaan Peradilan Umum;
Mengingat : 1. Pasal 5 ayat (1), Pasal 20 ayat (1),Pasal 24, dan Pasal 25 Undang-Undang Dasar 1945;
2. Undang-undang Nomor 14 Tahun 1970tentang Ketentuan-ketentuan Pokok Kekuasaan Kehakiman (Lembaran Negara Tahun1970 Nomor 74, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Nomor 2951);
3. Undang-undang Nomor 14 Tahun 1985tentang Mahkamah Agung (Lembaran Negara Tahun 1985 Nomor 73, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Nomor 3316);

Menetapkan: UNDANG-UNDANG TENTANG PERADILAN UMUM.

UU PERADILAN UMUM Permissions
Take pictures and videos - allows the app to take pictures and videos with the camera. this permission allows the app to use the camera at any time without your confirmationModify or delete the contents of your usb storage - allows the app to write to the usb storage
Read phone status and identity - allows the app to access the phone features of the device. this permission allows the app to determine the phone number and device ids, whether a call is active, and the remote number connected by a call
Record audio - allows the app to record audio with the microphone. this permission allows the app to record audio at any time without your confirmation
View network connections - allows the app to view information about network connections such as which networks exist and are connected
Approximate location (network-based) - allows the app to get your approximate location. this location is derived by location services using network location sources such as cell towers and wi-fi. these location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. apps may use this to determine approximately where you are
Full network access - allows the app to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. the browser and other applications provide means to send data to the internet, so this permission is not required to send data to the internet
Read the contents of your usb storage - allows the app to read the contents of your usb storage
Precise location (gps and network-based) - allows the app to get your precise location using the global positioning system (gps) or network location sources such as cell towers and wi-fi. these location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. apps may use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power
