TENTANG
PERPUSTAKAAN
DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA
PRESIDEN REPUBLIK INDONESIA,
Menimbang: a. bahwa dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan
bangsa sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Undang-
Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun
1945, perpustakaan sebagai wahana belajar
sepanjang hayat mengembangkan potensi masyarakat
agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa
kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia,
sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, dan menjadi
warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung
jawab dalam mendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan
nasional;
b. bahwa sebagai salah satu upaya untuk memajukan
kebudayaan nasional, perpustakaan merupakan
wahana pelestarian kekayaan budaya bangsa;
c. bahwa dalam rangka meningkatkan kecerdasan
kehidupan bangsa, perlu ditumbuhkan budaya gemar
membaca melalui pengembangan dan pendayagunaan
perpustakaan sebagai sumber informasi yang berupa
karya tulis, karya cetak, dan/atau karya rekam;
d. ba hwa ketentuan yang berkaitan dengan
penyelenggaraan perpustakaan masih bersifat parsial
dalam berbagai peraturan sehingga perlu diatur
secara komprehensif dalam suatu undang-undang
tersendiri;
e. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam huruf a sampai dengan huruf d,
perlu dibentuk Undang-Undang tentang
Perpustakaan;
Mengingat: Pasal 20 dan Pasal 21 Undang-Undang Dasar Negara
Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945;

Approximate location (network-based) - allows the app to get your approximate location. this location is derived by location services using network location sources such as cell towers and wi-fi. these location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. apps may use this to determine approximately where you are
Read the contents of your usb storage - allows the app to read the contents of your usb storage
Full network access - allows the app to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. the browser and other applications provide means to send data to the internet, so this permission is not required to send data to the internet
