एशिया तथा प्रशान्त क्षेत्रमा प्राकृतिक विपत्तिका घटनाहरू तथा यस्ता विपद्हरूबाट मृत्यु हुनेहरूको संख्या भयावह रुपमा बढिरहेको छ । सन् २००४ मा हिन्द महासागरमा गएको भूकम्प र सुनामी तथा भर्खरै २०१५ मा नेपालमा गएको भूकम्पका कारण यस क्षेत्रमा धेरै मानिसहरूले विपद् पश्चातका विभिन्न कठिनाइ झेल्नु परेको थियो । यस कारण प्राकृतिक प्रकोपहरूबाट उत्पन्न विपद्जस्ता जोखिमहरूलाई न्यूनीकरण गर्न तयारीका काम गर्न हामीलाई जरुरी भैसकेको छ।साइ फा: जापानीज फन्ड इन ट्रस्टको सहयोगमा यूनेस्को ब्याङ्कक र ओपन ड्रिम्सद्वारा तयार गरिएको फ्लड फाइटर नामको मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन खेल यस किसिमको पहिलो एप्लिकेशन हो जसले मोबाइल एप्सका खेलाडीलाई बाढीबाट आफू र आफ्ना नजिकका मानिसहरुलाई कसरी बचाउने भन्ने कुरा सिकाउँछ । यो एप्लिकेशन १४० देशमा थाई, अंग्रेजी, फ्रेन्च र बहासा इन्डोनेसिया गरी ४ भाषाहरुमा जम्मा एक लाख प्रयोगकर्ताहरुले डाउनलोड गरिसकेका छन्।
साइ फा खेलको सफलतापछि प्रयोगकर्ताहरुलाई भूकम्प र सुनामीका सबै अवस्थाका विपद्हरुबाट बच्न सक्ने पाठहरु – तयारी, प्रतिकार्य र उद्धारकार्यलाई २० भन्दा बढी रोमान्चकारी र चुनौतिपूर्ण चरणहरुका माध्यमबाट आफूहरु कसरी बच्ने भन्ने कुरा सिकाउन ""तनाह – सुनामी तथा भूकम्प योद्धा"" मोबाइल गेमको निर्माण गरिएको हो । पछि अन्य भाषाहरुमा पनि राख्न सकिने गरी यो गेम हाल अंग्रेजी, बहासा र नेपाली भाषामा उपलब्ध छ । रेडक्रस तथा अमेरिकी अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विकास नियोगको सहयोगले निर्मित यो गेम यही नोभेम्बर २०१५ मा रिलिज गर्ने लक्ष्य रहेको छ।
